Feed pellet production lines utilize big data and machine learning algorithms, enabling machinery to autonomously learn patterns in the production process and optimize operating parameters. For example, by analyzing historical production data, AI can predict production difficulties for a particular batch of feed and proactively adjust process parameters to avoid quality fluctuations. This not only improves production stability but also enhances the equipment's adaptability, providing technical support for processing complex formulations.
At the mechanical design level, intelligence is driving innovation in equipment structure. Today, many production lines employ modular designs, flexibly combining intelligent units with different functions to meet the production needs of multiple varieties and specifications. This design not only facilitates maintenance and upgrades but also allows for rapid adjustments to production processes based on market demand. Intelligent machinery also utilizes human-machine interfaces, making operation more intuitive and simple. Operators can monitor equipment status and adjust parameters in real time via touchscreens or remote controls, reducing reliance on specialized technicians.

1. Pulverizer
Function: Crush larger raw materials into fine particles suitable for pelleting. For example, for wood materials, wood chips and branches can be crushed into sawdust. For biomass pellet production, materials like crop straw can be reduced to uniform small pieces or powder through a pulverizer.
2. Dryer
Function: If the moisture content of the raw materials is too high, it will affect the pellet quality and storage performance. A dryer can reduce the moisture content of the raw materials. For example, in feed pellet production, some fresh grasses or grains contain a lot of moisture. After drying, the moisture content of the raw materials can be reduced to an appropriate range, generally around 10%-15%, which is beneficial for subsequent processing.

4. Pellet Making Equipment
Pellet Machine (Pellet Mill)
Function: Press the pre-treated raw materials into pellets. In biomass pellet production, the raw material is squeezed through the die and rollers of the pellet mill into pellets of a specific shape and size. For example, biomass pellets with a diameter of 6-10mm are produced for combustion for heating or power generation.
5. Cooler
Function: Freshly produced pellets are hot and soft. A cooler lowers the pellet temperature, hardens the pellets, and improves their strength and stability. During the production process, pellets exiting the pellet mill may reach temperatures of 70-90°C. After cooling, the temperature generally drops to near room temperature, for example, around 30-40°C.
